Uuuuuum... Isn't Kellers a whole lot more "right next door" to LH than East Dallas/Lakewood? Heck, it's not even on the "right side" of NW Hwy for those folkies, either.

Plus, LHAIA would like to think so, since they have claimed most of NE Dallas from Skillman to Garland as their own!



The place that used to be Jake's on Garland Road between Peavy and Easton is now Keller's, but it's not a drive-in with carhops like the old one on NW Highway. Also, for anyone who likes classic cars, Sunday at Kellers, there's always a lot of them, and lots of bikers as well.

For me, the ideal Keller's experience is driving in my jeep (or any open air vehicle) and enjoying the food and beverages while listening to Rangers baseball on the radio. Hopefully at least the burgers will be good this year!
