Charity begins at Paperbacks Plus

Here's a fine program that won't cost you anything and may do quite a bit of good. Paperbacks Plus, the East Dallas used book store, will let customers donate their accumulated credit to a charity of their choice or to the store's charity bank. The latter is available for teachers and various non-profits that want to buy books or music for classes, students and the like.

And yes, I donated $100 of my credit to the store's charity bank. It's amazing how that total has increased over the years.
