Restaurants cut hours to save money

Add Franki's Lil Europe in Casa Linda to the growing list of restaurants cutting hours in an effort to cut costs in this struggling economy. Franki's will close Mondays beginning in July, and they aren't the only ones who have sought to save without infringing on quality or customer service.
